It has been my experience that most of us are really good at stating what we want but often times get stuck going any further than that. We may even set the goals but find just before we get to the finish line we are stymied.  Most the time it is because the reasons we want is based in fear or pleasing others or we really feel we don’t deserve what we are asking for.

Do you love yourself? If you squirm or have any discomfort in answering that question than the answer is you have work to do in building your self-esteem and self-worth and once you have worked on that you can then work on having, doing or being anything you desire. 

There are times when we wonder why what  we did not want manifests in our lives.  We ask for good health, a loving relationship and  lots of money.  In short, we say we want to feel and live in a state of bliss.  But what if you discover that you have unresolved beliefs that you are not good enough or that you are  un-lovable and not deserving?  What if deep down inside you felt that you are not worth loving?  And if you are not worth loving, then how do you attract something you don’t deserve?  What if deep down you harbor a lot of self-hatred and shame?  If so, then how has this hatred manifested in your life and in your body?

Self Love is the key to success! Discover your true thoughts and feelings about yourself!  You can uncover the real reasons why the happiness you want shows up as something completely different from what you expected!

Only once you equip yourself with self loving thoughts can you effectively change what you are attracting.  Employing metaphysical thought or  principles of Cognitive Behavioral Psychology (if there is deeper work to do) will help you get on the path to success and happiness in gaining what you want to attain.
