Lifetips by Coach Cat was born out of a strong desire to see others knock down their obstacles, blocks and issues. My experiences taught me  that these blocks keep most people from finding and accepting their inner truth. There was a disconnect from feeling happy, successful or loved. Blocks that kept them from  achieving success and happiness in whatever way they defined it.

As a successful business woman I have been through many evolutions. I have faced many trials and tribulations such as seeking my purpose, finding acceptance, maintaining long term relationships,surviving divorce, break ups,  achieving career success, juggling being a mom, starting my own businesses and trying to handle much more! Through that and through the many ways in which I have managed, coached, counseled and advised I learned that universally we all want the same thing but define it differently. I want to help get people to that one thing!

In all those incarnations one common thread continued to weave itself through the many hats, titles, responsibilities and roles I played and it was that of a Life Coach. A cheerleader if you will. Someone to whom clients, employees, friends, family and my children would turn to for advice and support in figuring out problems and issues. I found of all the things I did in my daily routine that helping them achieve success, overcome obstacles, feel loved or supported was the one thing that gave me the greatest satisfaction.  In turn I developed a passion for being the problem solver, the hand holder, the cheerleader, the strategist and finally the Coach.

Something became very clear to me. This was my calling, my gift to share with others, my purpose. I value personal growth and see great potential in everyone. I believe we all have the tools and ability locked within us to find, be and experience all we desire.  I believe we all can enjoy success in whatever form that takes for each us in our lives. Call it living your truth, finding your truth and being your truth to the best of your ability.

Sometimes we just need someone else to point it out, sometimes we just need them cheering us on and at other times we need guidance and a teacher to lead us to a new point of view, a learned skill, a new path.
